I’ve talked a lot about alternative personal care products. It’s no secret that I am not a fan of parabens or phthalates or petroleum-based chemicals. I’ll go out of my way to head to the natural foods store to purchase products that are minus the icky ingredients. But I know that not everyone has a natural foods store near them and many grocery store offerings are less than diverse, which is one of the many reasons I’m excited about Yes to Carrots. Oh… hand spa and mud masks! I’m in love…. I like you, HATE the idea of putting things in my skin that are more toxic than the dirt that it’s in.
It would be nice to use something healthier and that I will feel better about.

i have to say i really enjoy the name of this product! sign me up for a fun giveaway any day. did i tell you i tried that citrusy lotion from target? i like the smell, but it stays a bit oily too long. i don’t mind oilyness, as long as it fades sooner than later. i’m still a fan and using it though!
