This morning, I had an appointment and then I had to stop at the store for a few things on the way home.  I was late for my appointment and ran out the door at the last minute without my grocery bags.  I ended up running to BJ’s instead of going to the grocery store (they have a selection store brand organic foods now!).  Since warehouse stores don’t even have bags, it wasn’t an issue, but before I decided to go to BJ’s, I was brainstorming on how to deal with my forgotten bags.   (more…)

I Have No Friends!

I’ve finally gotten down with what all the kids are doing these days and gotten myself a Myspace page (even though everyone’s on Facebook now, right?).  I don’t know how to use Myspace yet, and I need to fix my page a bit, but I’m planning to post links to my tips every day and maybe some personal blog entries (if I ever get around to it).

So, if you’re on Myspace, please be my friend.  Right now, Tom is my only one and that’s just sad.

If you light candles in your house, you’ll know that there’s a point where there’s still wax left, but the wick is gone.  Recycle the wax and make new candles!
