		<description>I have no idea if this type of thing is happening nationwide, but my Costco has been partnering with the local power company to provide _enormous_ discounts on CFL "starter packs".  The starter packs come with 2-3 60W replacements, 2-3 100W replacements, and a single relector flood replacement -- for about $9.

That's an incredible discount as I keep seeing 1 or 2 CFL bulbs on sale for $12 or more in grocery stores and even Home Depot or Lowe's.</description>
