Save the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Sign a Sierra Club petition.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is one of America’s greatest natural treasures. It provides vital habitat for nearly 200 species of animals, including the 129,000 member Porcupine Caribou herd as well as polar bears, grizzlies, wolves, and millions of migratory birds.

Ninety-five percent of Alaska’s North Slope is already open for exploration or development. The Arctic Refuge coastal plain, the last five percent, should be protected for future generations — not plundered for a speculative short-term supply of oil.

Two minutes of your time can help make a big difference. Sign the petition today!
