For me, there’s no comfort food like a big bowl of pasta. Unfortunately, wheat and I are no longer friends, so traditional pasta is out.

Amy’s Baked Ziti Bowl is made with organic rice pasta, so it’s gluten free. It’s also completely non-dairy.

I don’t know how they do it. I’ve never been a fan of soy cheese, but it’s so good that I can’t tell the difference. And, if I could go back to eating wheat, I’d still chose Amy’s Baked Ziti Bowl over any other pasta dish. They have found the perfect sauce/cheese/noodle ratio. The sauce is well seasoned, the green peas taste fresh, and the ziti is firm, not mushy.

My husband usually avoids eating any of my wheat-free foods, but after I gave him a taste, he looked disappointed that I didn’t get him a Gluten-Free, Non-Dairy Ziti Bowl, too.

Amy’s Kitchen vegetarian meals use organic ingredients, and don’t contain trans-fats or Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs).

What ever the reason behind it, saving wrapping paper makes good green sense.
