I have been following this post as I am a physician and suggest Sinol to my headache patients. All natural products are the roots of medicine in this country and they can be very effective. I have discussed the additon of Benzalkonium Chloride with the company and it is less than .01% and keeps the bacteria out of the product and your nose. Without a bacterial fighting agent natural plant extracts can make you exyremely ill. It is used in eyewashes, hand and face washes, mouthwashes, spermicidal creams, and in various other cleaners, sanitizers,disinfectants and known to be very safe especially in this dosage. If you like all natural products they have to use an effective bacterial fighting agent or else the shelf life would be a few months and no retailer would ever sell a prodoct with such a short life span. Nice job Sinol and thank you for such a wonderful new product!!

I tried Sinol. It works… BUT…
benzalkonium chloride does not sound like an ALL Natural Ingredient. I was shocked to see what it is.

Also, I went to Sinol’s website and that ingredient is not on their site… but clearly on the package of the product.

I tried Sinol for my migraines after reading some of these posts, and I agree on two points. 1…the burn is NOT that bad at all, and 2…it worked within minutes. If you ask me, the cost is a very small price to pay to get rid of such horrendous pain. I’m also relieved to find something that’s all natural, because I’m especially conscious these days of all the chemicals and junk that gets put in our foods/medications etc. What a relief!

I have tried both sinusbuster and sinol and for me the stronger sinusbuster helped more. I think it’s the feverfew that makes a difference. jmo.

I tried sinol but it didn’t work. then I tried Sinus Buster and it did the trick right away. Sinus Buster is stronger and they have a special migraine formula made with capsaicin and feverfew. I bought mine at Hi-Health in Scottsdale, AZ. I also read that Sinus Buster was the first capsaicin nasal spray ever which was put on the market in 2003.

My doctor gave me Sinol at The New England Center for Headache. They have been using it for patients since 2007. If you suffer from migraines like I do, use the Sinol. I am on other medication for my cholesterol and the doctor told me I could use Sinol with any medication. Seems too amazing to me that a natural product works so well. I get 2-4 bad headaches a month and have so for 27 years, same year I got married, haha. Sinol gives me relief, sometimes I have to use it 2-3 times and it does have a bite to it but that goes away after regular use. I’m on my 5th bottle and buy it also at Rite Aid even though it Says “Sinol Allergy” on the box its the same as the Sinol headache. Now I can enjoy my wine again in the evenings, thank God for that!

I used Sinol yesterday for my allergies, and it worked so amazingly fast that I actually thought, ‘I can’t wait for a headache to try this!’ I’m so glad to have found these posts…. it really validates how great I thought the product is!

I’ve had “sick headaches” since I was a kid, but they’ve only been identified as migraines recently. I had a super bad one right before Christmas that drove me to after hours care.
