Ick. I’ve had fillings fail before, and I was sooooooo mad. They’re painful enough the first go around without having to get them done again.

I had a no fun dentist experience with fillings just on Monday. I feel your pain. Getting fillings removed isn’t so bad. My dentist removed a bunch of my old mercury ones and replaced them with porcelin. Its something I wanted to do before I have another baby anyhow (not that that day is coming any time soon).
I use the oil cleanse method myself. I love it. My blackheads are slowly fading away. And my skin has never been so glowing. There’s actually a website for it, I think its theoilcleansemethod.com. Google it, and I’m sure you’ll find it. You should try mixing some castor oil in with your grapeseed oil. I use a 50/50 blend of castor and olive oil.

Was that last tip basically saying just don’t clean until spring if you can help it? I can do that.

I read all your blogs, but I did not find anything on sunscreen or sunblock cream or lotion. Do you apply your home made concotion on your face (day time moisturizer) without any sun protection. Since I am allergic to Q15, I am interested in your suggestions.

I am constantly getting on Skin Deep to check out ingredients on my baby’s products. This would be so nice to have on hand. And I’m interested in the recipes. Right now I use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda for most of my cleaning.
