Tip of the Day - A New Use For Old Lightbulbs

Once you switch over to CFL’s, what can you do with the old lightbulbs?  Make snowman ornaments!

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has instructions for a great holiday craft project.  Check it out here.  It’s a great way to keep lightbulbs out of the trash and create a family heirloom.

    Now there’s the tip I’ve been hunting for! Wish I would have seen this before I landfilled all of my CFLs. It’s a genuinely cute idea.
