Tip of the Day - Do It Again

 planethour_challenge.jpg

Did you participate in Earth Hour this past weekend?

We did, and had a great time!  What’s not to love about a leisurely dinner by candlelight.  We didn’t miss the lights or the television or our computers.  It was only an hour.

We liked it so much, we’ve decided to make it a regular thing, and whether or not you participated in Earth Hour, you should too.

Elements in Time is planning to make it a regular thing too, and has a list of things you can do without the lights on.

We had nice time playing Trivial Pursuit by candlelight. Nine o’clock came and went and we didn’t bother to turn the lights back on until we were through with the game.

Once a week sounds like a plan.

[…] How is yoga related to being green, you ask? Well, it’s human powered. You can do it almost anywhere. You could even practice yoga by candlelight for your weekly Earth Hour observance. […]
